He graduated cum laude from the Faculty of Law of the University of Turin, he has been a lawyer since 2002 and is qualified to practice before the Court of Cassation since 2014.

Before establishing Andrea De Carlo Studio Legale he was a partner at the law firm ‘Gianaria Mittone Ronfani e associati’ in Turin and, afterwords, he became founder of the law firm ‘De Carlo Zaniolo penalisti associati’.

From the beginning of his career he has always dealt with workplace safety and environmental law, bankruptcy criminal law, corporate and economic crimes and criminal liability of legal entities pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001. 231/2001. Negligent liability, also linked to serious accidents involving complex corporate realities, has always been one of his core areas of expertise.

In addition to the legal assistance activity in various areas of corporate criminal law, he provides consultancy on environmental and workplace health and safety matters to important national and foreign companies and industrial groups.

He also carries out consultancy and assistance activities for businesses pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 and is a member of various supervisory bodies.

He is the author of several scientific publications and often speaks at conferences at Italian universities on the subject of corporate criminal law as well as at other private bodies and trade associations.
